Once an inquiry is received from buyer, we check-recheck and crosscheck with suppliers & manufacturers. Then we get back to the buyer with an appropriate answer in the shortest time possible whether its price or a general query.

If a development request is received from a buyer, be it a complete garment or an accessory or a packing item, we take it very seriously and arrange everything from suppliers & manufacturers as per buyer’s requirement and complete the development as soon as possible then send it to buyer.

Once samples get approval from buyer and purchase order is received, we place the order to the factory that meets buyers requirements. Our team follows the complete production process in every step of the way until the shipment is done. The sample submission procedure is followed as per buyers requirements, such as Fit samples, PP samples, Shipping Samples etc. All Lab-dips and fabric swatches are sent to buyers for their approval. Once approval is received, we start bulk production of the Fabrics. Also all trims and accessories layout is sent to buyer for their approval, once the layout approval is received, we send the hard copies of the trims & accessories to buyers for their approval before we go to bulk production. Our team follows the production from the Knitting/Weaving, dyeing, cutting, sewing, finishing, packing to the shipment of the garments. All quality checks are done by our team to make sure the top notch quality in every process of the garments as per buyer’s requirements.

Our team always conduct in line inspection on a daily basis to assure the quality of the garments. We also welcome Third-party inspection required by buyer, we get the inline inspection done by the buyers approved 3rd party. Also final inspection is done by our quality team.
Once the inspection is passed only then we ship the goods by buyer approval.

Once the shipment is done, we arrange all required shipping documents and send to buyer. Such as Packing List, Commercial invoice, Inspection certificate, GSP, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading etc.
